humane foie grasFaux Gras™ is a toasted walnut lentil paté that’s not just good for you, but good for everyone.  The Regal Vegan’s signature vegan walnut paté is a humane alternative to foie gras.  It is delicious on crackers, vegetables, baguettes, and or toast.  This vegetarian foie gras is made from high-quality California walnuts,  flavorful lentils, and onions slowly caramelized for a lentil walnut paté that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Faux Gras™ is great in hors d’oeuvres for  parties, on a sandwich for lunch, or as a vegan snack. Enjoy this vegan foie gras on a warm baguette topped with sliced onion, capers or fresh arugula.

Faux Gras™ contains: Lentils, onions, walnuts, organic miso, organic gluten-free tamari, mirin (Japanese rice wine), ume plum vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, pepper and a non-GMO cultured dextrose.
